  1. There is just no hope with idiots like this in our industry.
  2. I am not going to comment due to the fact that these particular bozo's are my local competition. I will add that the truck that they are hauling is not just a simple moving truck. It is a plumbing and heating installation truck loaded with tools, equipt. and materials.
  3. It appears that the train wasnt going too fast which is a very good thing for the limo. Nice work. Those weld built's just have such a monster look to them. Good looking rig.
  4. Thats what I do when I can. i was asking more for ppi or towaway scenarios. i dont like opening those cars if I dont have to.
  5. Nice work. The steering on that Mercedes doesnt lock does it? I know the Bmw's dont I am not too familiar with the newer Mercedes.
  6. Lol... I told my wife I was gonna wear a pair of her panties as a mask the other day ( as a joke of course ) but she shot down my idea.... I mean, come on... I am just trying to be resourceful... Right??
  7. Thats a nasty one. The outcome would have been much worse had it hit in any other position. Wow
  8. Sending prayers from our towing family to yours Rest easy Operator Munn
  9. Rest easy Operator, your shift is over.
  10. Nice work. It is funny how our fathers words always seem to come to us in these situations. I am 40 years old and my Dad has been gone almost 16 years yet, I still hear him in the back of my mind almost daily.
  11. I have an older set of b/a gear and I love it. The newer b/a crap I got with my truck a few years ago still sits in a milk crate under the workbench. They are not the same company they were back in the day. I just dont get why these companies always end up going the cheapest way possible. I personally am more than willing to pay extra for the good quality gear and I am sure i am not the only one.
  12. Ah yes. I bet they are pricey being fiberglass. the ones i made were 4140 aluminum with steel feet and attachments. It is a small low budget fire house so I thought I would put my fabrication skills to good use for them and save them some money.
  13. Nice work. Are those stabilizing struts something your dept. purchased? The reason I ask is I built a set a few years back for a local F.D. that they still use today. Was kinda curious how much they would have cost if they had to purchase them.
  14. Lost Mom to a long battle with throat cancer in 2015. And a quick message for my wife, Hands down, The bravest and strongest person I have ever met. She has fought and won 3 types of cancer through her years and she puts up a constant battle as she fights everyday against CRPS/RSD Which is a horrible debilitating and incurable disease that attacks her nerves and muscles. many times it leaves her in a wheelchair or totally bedridden. And all this at the young age of 39. On top of this she puts up with me!!! lol. In all seriousness, She Inspires me everyday. She is my hero. Love you Koley❤️ I just purchased a new set of towing for a cure pink 8 point straps for my truck. Whenever there is equipt. available that donates proceeds to cancer research you can bet I purchase it.
  15. The time we get to spend together is really my favorite part. Like you stated, I am not home most of the time so I really do cherish the times where He can ride along with me. And best of all it gets him away from the video games and t.v. These are Very different times our little ones are growing up in. I tell my boys all the time about how you couldnt keep me in the house as a boy.
  16. Very nice work. When most people would see all the trees as a problem, You and any other pro Operator sees them as assistance. Good work Gentlemen.
  17. Beautiful rig. Nicely equipped and ready to rock. Congrats.
  18. What is going on in Kansas??? Its like the old wild west but instead of horses they ride tow trucks.
  19. Crazy... if I shot up every person who took off as I was about to tow their car, I would have a kill count that would make Rambo jealous. What was this guy thinking?
  20. Nice work. We have a farmer here that at least once a year goes out and buries all his equipment before calling for help. Every May like clock work for the past 4 years... It almost that time of year... Guess while I am thinking of it, I should go get my muck boots ready. lol
  21. This beauty belongs to one of my regular customers. The right rear main leaf broke in the spring pack causing the rear to shift over. This gentleman has a whole barn full of beautiful classics and antiques that would make any collector drool. And each and every one of them are driven regularly. No trailer queens to be found!!!
  22. Congratulations to the Knight family for running a prosperous and professional business for all those years. It is a very sad day when it comes time to close the doors for the last time but sometimes it is the only way. Enjoy your retirement
  23. This sucks.... I had planned on attending this year because i haven't been able to go the past few years. Really wish they would have just postponed it. guess I will try again for next year.
