This happens Way Too Often, any update on the driver?

NoT Enough TiMe For A Life Taken.... Seems the JuDge did GiVe him More TiMe than Others would have. I Agree if this had Been A Law Enforcement officer, he likely would get 20+ years. A Life is a Life and Certainly when take by a person driving under the influence. Something tells me we'll be hearing about this guy in the News Again Someday.

Sorta anti climatic, strangely law enforcement continue to allow these recovery actions. Yeah, around here the majority after some experience say NO. Some even say Hell NO. But, this didn't happen overnight as it took a less than favorable recovery for then to reach a level of intolerance. The more this happens, the more others will react the same. To the point every one of these recoveries needs a rotator. Talk about cutting our throats.

Been out all weekend, just checked email today. Thoughts will be with all who knew this driver, must have found a hard battle to live. Did it state fi anyone was charged and if those charges will change now that the driver has passed...... Follow ups?

We had one last week that tried to dig himself out, just made thing worse. Used the 750 and a Dozer to get it out, I need to work on uploading images.
