Our Drivers know better then to drop on another property and not secure the keys properly. We've been down this road before, but I will bring it up in our next driver meeting.

A Positive Tow Operator Story amongst a field to less than desirable tow companies. Actually there are more good companies out there. It's just that one bad one makes us all look bad. I've been following some of the tow truck Youtubes. Wow, where are these guys and did they just jump in a Tow Truck one day and start hookin cars with little to no training. We used to call them Rookies, I suppose we could call them Rooks for Life, since some are also Crooks... Leo Ritter, You're A Hero!!! At least you are to A Son and A Mother in Heaven. While this may not qualify as a Hero Award it should...

Why do we not get follow ups on the serious accidents where the Tow Truck Driver survives. Only when there is a death, is the injured tow brothers life not as valued as the driver that passed from his injuries. Our hearts go out to each and everyone of them, including their families. Sounds about right for AAA, I hate taking the calls that are two and three hours old cause the others would not get up. However, if they are willing to pay the price we quote them, well then we'll take care of their member, not bad mouth them and in fact make the member happy we showed up. Even another 7 years would not have been enough time to serve for such a Horrific Death. My Heart and Soul go out to the family of Allen Rose... Who are dealing with the loss still. That Judge needs to be held accountable! If and When She Offends Again... The Judge should serve the sentence with her. Judgements would change!

Just getting in from another long day. Sure is a change from just a year ago. I don't have the phones tonight, being a Tuesday there is a good chance of getting a full nights rest.
