Chevron, Jerr Dan.... Dad's got an old aluminum bed champion on barrels out back. He'll never let it go and he'll do anything with it.. He a Dual Tech once, tells everyone to stay away from those. Had they honored the warranty it might be a different story. He did get it fixed and sold it to a scrap yard in a day. As far as I know they are still using it around the yard many. Saw em last year out picking up lunch in it. We want to look into a Detroit Wrecker Bed sometime this year possibly. That's all I got for now.

Husband and Wife Team comes in twice a week. Since they are not public restrooms they just need a quick check the other days. Mechanics have a wash/locker room it gets by with the twice a week. Portapot out back and a store across the street.

Thanks for the reminder, we have a plan we follow every year. We simply do not accept any tows from 10pm to 2am tonight. Far too many shots fired around here. NO PPI's all weekend just isn't worth the hassle the properties can find someone else. Now it News wasn't on a weekend PPI's which we do few would be okay except for New Years Eve10p-6a New Year Day. I know this doesn't jive with many other companies, but it's a short period for a bit of added safety to our drivers.

YouTube Moderators are getting as Bad As FB... I saw the video and if a young child has an issue with learning about danger , then they have lead a sheltered life to this point. Maintaining Innocence is one thing, creating ignorance is another. Glad the officer was not seriously injured..... This is a stark reminder to keep your ears open and eyes on the traffic.

Our sincere condolences to the Family, Friends and co-workers. It should not be happening and this is the worst time of year for such a tragedy to occur. We have a Christmas wish at our place for not another Tower Down email. Need to start checking my email everyday, not just once or twice a week.

Local AAA drivers do this constantly, preach as we have they say they are told to do so by AAA. I call BS, wither this is something they just do or the owner has told them AAA wants them to leave them on. Will the State Association take a stand and put a stop to it? And if the state requires it, get rid of that ridiculous outdated law. It's part of the problem.....

WE do a considerable amount of work for GEICO, in fact they are our number one motor club. I do not believe that GEICO is in Canada, though I could be wrong about that....

We could use a carrier like that, I keep saying it over and over. All I hear is one of these days! My question for those who have a tandem axle rollback carrier. When did you know it was time?

Check Out the truck at the end.... That is how little respect we as tow operators get on the side of the road. Law or No Law every driver should know to Slow Down and Move Over. That driver had time to do both......

Oh Hell NO.... We don't do the dance. Either law enforcement will assist with traffic, we send another truck to block or we tow them off the roadway. Yes, we charge them extra cause we didn't choose the breakdown location. Fact is many could have driven to a safer location and didn't. Most have a tire warranty that would cover a portion of the replacement. If the reason for the flat is bad tires then they could have bought a tire for the extra charge or at least a used tire.. And YES we tell the Motor Clubs of the Extra Charge when they call, most have covered it and when they don't we tell the member it is their responsibility. This isn't a game, this is out life out there as well as the members life.

That's Cool, there's an old Mack near us with a 25 ton wrecker. Been sitting several years, I asked and the owner won't sell it. It does start and run and he moves it around in his property.

WE keep trying the same things and expecting different outcomes. My hope in 2022 is such industry members as motor clubs continue to get the word out to members. As well those who provide services such as HAAS Alert go after the trucking industry to do a better job of communicating this message to the truckers. I say this because we have as many truckers not slowing down to move over as 4 regular passenger vehicles. We have permission to set up at one of the local truck stops to speed the word. It seems like this is redundant, as after this much time the message should be out there. However, we find that many truckers still seem unaware. Could it be that so many don't speak good English and Read even less. The trucking companies have multi lingual dispatchers and send the info out in different languages. We finally got a 16 ton and been towing Amazon Vans, it's the same way with those now........... Glad they're finding drivers, kinda sad they have to import them. Oddly, everyone has a GPS...... Are the Alerts not getting to them?
