  1. 1. GEICO 2. 3. NSD 4. 5. AAA 6. 8. HONK 9. URGENT.LY 10. ALLSTATE AGERO have not taken an AGERO Call is 2 years. QUEST or QUESTX has not called in a long time. I just Leveled Up to Patron III, I challenge all participating in the rankings to Level Up! If you are new here then I encourage you to add a supporter level. I've contributed...
  2. I am HERE and will Level Up a Patron Level on Friday. This site is valuable... Will anyone else do the same? I see many names that are not supporters and have not taken the time to mark themselves as HERE.
  3. I will post our Top Ten List on Friday. I will also Level Up a Patron Level on Friday. This site is valuable... Will anyone else do the same?
  4. Thought's and Prayer's, should have taken the time to participate. We're just short on drivers right now.
  5. Any follow Up? This is get a little too close to us.
  6. Does anyone know the Tow Truck Operator who suffered a broken leg in the tragic encounter?
  7. Welcome Back, I do not log in enough. We stay busy and I just need to set aside the time more then once a week.
  8. Sending our Thoughts & Prayers to this Tow Ops Family, Friends and Co-workers. The industry loses so many each and every year. These Slow Down Move Over messages could save lives and should have been enough to save this young mans life. He was out there picking up a troopers vehicle. I am going to assume at least one trooper was on scene at the time of the incident which ended a Tow Ops Life. It could have been a Troopers Life just as easily, when is Law Enforcement going to say Enough is Enough. Our Voices Can Be Loud... They can be heard, at what point are WE as an Industry going to Make our Voices Heard. What is the proper method to gain the most exposure, what will it take. If we do nothing or just hold rallies, is it going to change. NO Rest in Peace Driver, though we did not know you sadness and pain goes within us.
  9. Would have liked to have been there for the first time.
  10. As short driver as we are, this is one that would not last long here. Does anyone think this driver has potential?
  11. Where do we find accurate numbers. Been quoting 1 driver killed every 6 days for at least the past two years. I see now the facts just don't back that claim up. However, one drivers death is one too many. When are we going to get more law enforcement outrage?
  12. Welcome Carolyn, I suppose folks here just don't take the time to welcome new members. Heck, I only get in here on a Friday or Saturday. Spend a bit of time just catching up on topics. I see DRIVE will be at the Baltimore show. Would have liked to have been there, didn't work out that way. Looking forward to seeing your content, I'll pass what you have to offer along to my dad.
  13. SAD, thoughts are with the family, friends and co-worked during this tragic loss of life.
  14. Thoughts & Prayers! I don't like getting these Tower Down notifications. Though they do bring me back around to TowForce. Just would like a to have more time to get on here. Now it will take me awhile to go over all I have missed.
  15. I am going to be looking into these tool boxes. These ITD Boxes are not holding up. Sure would have liked to have made it to the Baltimore show. Have a Great Time!
  16. Welcome, I get to log in to TowForce nearly every Friday and sometimes in between. TowForce Makes it so easy to catch up on what is happening in the towing world,
  17. I would have been outta there, as the damages which could result would far exceed any benefit of providing such service. I would be very interested in hearing the justification for remaining on scene in what seems to be a lack of control. Which one of these was the tow truck driver. Now, I need to watch it again.
  18. May Her Majesty, The Queen Rest In Peace! She most certainly lived a long and full life.
  19. Watched as another companies driver walked out into about a foot to two foot of high water to hook a car. Just 15 minutes after he left, the water went down and I backed in hooked up the other car and on my way. I'm dry and he is all wet, don't you hate that... Gaining Knowledge & Experience which is always needed. The water here goes down as soon as the rain slows or stops, it's just a very slow drain in a low area.
  20. It is my scene and as stated we may not have actual authority. However, we do have the power to request someone move to a safe distance or location. should something occur and that person be injured then the tow truck company and operator are going to be at fault. That is even when the person has been advised of the danger. It is your scene to control and if that requires getting law enforcement involved then so be it. Body Cams are something we a highly considering though we have never had this issue arise. The officers did alert us on an arrest tow a couple of days ago that they had a heckler. Someone driving up on them with a Camera and attempting to provoke an action. We all need to have a clear plan of action just in case one of these persons show up.
