    No they put that tape on vehicles that have gone in ditch and have been checked on by LE to mark as unoccupied.

    A job we did in two parts. Last week we pulled old engine out, this is a pic of setting new one in. Nice to work inside where its was warm! Pretty simple, they had it sitting on rack in front of truck, just pick and set!

    Moved this truck to Frito shop in Cedar Rapids. Easy 60 mile tow.

    Driver backed out of drive into ditch Pretty simple

    Had someone try to cut one off a pickup in the ditch over nite in a foot of snow, Too bad the truck didn't slide the rest of the way down the bank when they were under there. They only got the front cut off, tried to hack thru the flex and either gave up or were spooked.
