Gotta Love Jetta's they break so easily. Meaning you have to use care loading them even when they are already broken. -

I understand it's procedural and I found it odd that he pulled in front of the vehicle close to the roadway with all that room. Other issues come to mind as well. -

The wheels just do not hold up to any abuse at all and neither one of these are what I would call high quality. There was a Tow Truck Company several years back that displayed their own design which featured solid metal rollers in comparison to the caster type wheels. Anyone remember that piece of equipment, it was innovative and I really wish I had purchase one cause I can not even find a picture now. Maybe someone can look back through TowTimes 10 to 15 years and find the ad which featured them. Like I said it was a Florida Towing Company.

Chrysler 200 was my first experience with the electronic brake systems. Sadly many dealers are setting these to automatic without the buyers consent or being advised there is an option. My objection is do you normally set the parking brake when you park the vehicle under normal parking situations. The answer is overwhelmingly no, so why would anyone need to automatically set the brake. The is a needless feature and it should be costly when the vehicle needs to be towed regardless if it's a rollback or regular tow truck and dollies. Just My Opinion, I don't even look for an option I just pull out the dollies. If they were a customer I would explain why...

Rob, I Got It Recorded in the TowForce January Membership Anniversaries. Hope you got the email notification, your Tow411 Join Date was February 2005. Sadly those dates would not transfer over to the new system like the post counts. Still working on get some Tow411 member join dates added. it all takes time. Thanks for the continued support, you'll never know just how much it means. Some said I was Dead and so was Tow411. Well that which does not kill us makes us stronger. Tow411 may have broken and like a Phoenix TowForce was board. Stronger because of the challenge we are... May the TowForce be with you. Thought that it was too much customer interaction with the vehicle being recovered. However, I stopped second guessing such decisions sometime back. Though, I would be interested in knowing why the customer is going back to the vehicle prior to the recovery. -
