I have seen a few reports of Tow Truck Operators being Struck in the past week. These posts on FB get a number of replies of sympathy and prayers. Problem is the tower nor the company is ever identified in the post. The incident appears no where in the media and cannot be confirmed. The person posting the incident does not respond to replies seeking source. I don't doubt that something occurred as there a near misses and injuries that we do not hear about. However, we will not report or account for the incident without confirmation along with a company.

FedEx is notorious for not inspecting their contractors equipment. The contractors are often working on a thin profit margin which surviving means often the equipment is not properly maintained. We have a former contractor now in a tow truck. Too many stories about the cost and down time attempting to keep up. -

That was a great idea to go frame by frame. Why did I not think of that method to determine at what point this disconnect incident occurred. 1. Straps were loose. 2. No Safety Chains 3. Towed Vehicle in Neutral though it was towed from the rear. My question: Is it possible the stinger was all the way in to the lock position and did not turn causing the vehicle to slip out of the loose straps which may have been of a basket type. Most fail to realize that basket straps do require some tension to function properly to secure the vehicle being towed. I am still puzzled as to why this vehicle rolled. It appears to be a Nissan Pathfinder or is is a Honda Passport? If it is a Pathfinder then it should have been in 2WD, if it is a Passport it maybe AWD. I'm leaning towards a Pathfinder, maybe not even a 4WD. -
Thanks for the reply and the continued support. Without our supporters the message board would not be the same. Seems we've gotten behind on posting this months anniversaries, I'm going to have to blame it on the weather as well as time spent last week working on the 2020 Motor Club Rankings which were posted on Friday for Review. February Open Equipment Listings "Start Now"

No one has equipment to sell, these free listing period don't come around that often. Take advantage if it cause with spring around the corner more equipment will start showing up in the equipment listing forums. Think about it we have fewer tire kickers watching our posts than any other social media venue. -
