  5. It's Great to get pictures anytime you can for multiple reasons. How about five years ago my wife was with me and got a call from the police about 12am was a wreck when we got there I couldn't believe it but a car ran under a 20' reefer and how it didn't decapitate the driver I don't know but it turned his car into a convertible. To make a long story short my wife was the only person that took a couple pictures and months later the drivers lawyer called me and was asking me about the situation and I mentioned my wife took a couple pictures and he said what you have pictures. I told him I think so let me find out. I asked my wife did she still have the pictures she said yeah why I said I think his lawyer wants them. The lawyer called back I explained we have a few cell phone pictures that aren't very good he asked could I send them to him. I said no but you can come look at them in person and if they are any value to you make me a offer. Two weeks later I had a check for $25k. Yes $25000.00 the pictures she had were what he needed to show where the reefer was dropped in the roadway with no cones or reflectors. I don't know what the driver got but whe his lawyer paid me he claimed they were going to get two million. He had to be pretty confident to pay 25k of his money for evidence.   9. Yeah I knew with Schneider it was money in the bag! I've done jobs for them with idiot drivers in the past! I just thought you had a rotator because you had all the other equipment and hazmat team. I definitely wouldn't buy one if you have access to one when ever you need it. Like me I have a guy about 40 miles from me in another county with a pair of them and when I need them I call him and make more than he does because I usually double what he charges me and he has all the expenses! I'm the only heavy duty in our county so I get alot of work and 95% I can do without a rotator because it's mostly wrecks. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk

  11. Dang I didn't even realize it's a 12 ton. I guess if its on a big enough chassis you could tow most any tractor or box truck. But I'm not sure I have no experience with a small truck. What chassis is it on gvw26k or 33k? Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk
  12. Yeah Mike 15' is plenty to chain both sides of a tandem. The ubolt fork is good and honest I have a wide set I'd have to measure them to tell you exactly how wide they are but I'm going say 6 maybe 7" wide I use them for almost everything. Being to wide is better than not having a set wide enough. I have a set of the leafspring forks and I might use them a couple times a year I only use them when nothing else works. I have about 10 different set of forks and I always use the wide set and the ubolt set 99% of the time. They make a special set for the 450 & up fords that are like U shaped I have them but every time I tow one I've always used the wide set that I use on everything. I always try and tow from the rear if at all possible just to keep from having to deal with the driveline. So I use the ubolt fork often and if it is a flat bed,box or something with a long over hang that you can't get to the ubolts I use the wide set I have to grab chassis or lift gate or whatever else is at the rear that is strong enough. Oh I also use the forks that are for low chassis they are short on one side and at a angle so you just push it under the front axle and it'll pick it up and grab then I lift up and block it and change to the fork that fits but again I try and tow from the rear if possible. Irish Iron has kits . But I personally wouldn't buy a kit because you probably will never use most that are in kits. To start out get a wide set, riser, ubolt and you will be able to make them work on anything. Then as you go you will see what you may want to purchase to make some easier. The funniest thing I've seen was some tweekers got stuck in the mud in a little car and took a tire tool and aluminum baseball bat and ratchet strapped them to the rim to make paddles to try and get out the mud.   15. Damn I know when I get wrecked shit that has liability or no insurance if the owner thinks that they can still drive it or make it drivable cheap they will come pay and pickup the junk. I learned through the years if no one calls or comes by within 3-4 days that I'm stuck with it. I have over 5 acres of wrecked cars that I've been stuck with. You have to take the bad with the good. I just sold a 23 hyundai santafe with 8k miles for 24k cash trade in was 25k. It was a budget rental that the driver got arrested DUI and I filed for the title.   23. @sweetk30 was building them to order a few years ago I don't know if he still does. I use to see them on ebay for sale I haven't seen them in a while.
