  2. FOUND. Thank you to Tom Rohrich with Mike's Towing in Batavia, OH. He had 1 and he graciously let me borrow it so I had a template. To think it was only 94 miles from me the whole time. Ready for assembly next week.

  4. Looks good. When will you have it done? I need the dimensions on the cradle wing nut bracket if you get a chance.
  5. No one has a 500 with this style lever control? Last piece to the puzzle and I am ready for sandblast and body work.
  6. Nancy Karen Pettit Burrows Obituary We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2020, at the age of 68, Nancy Karen Pettit Burrows (Pendleton, Kentucky), born in Bardstown, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy Karen Pettit Burrows to pay them a last tribute. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Hayden and Bernice Pettit (Colbert); and her son William Earl Burrows. She is survived by : her husband Scott Burrows; her children, Regan Nicole Burrows and Casey Austin; her children-in-law, Dwight Arnold of Ghent, KY and Liz Burrows of Crestwood, KY; her siblings, Corliss and Gordon; her siblings-in-law, Charlie McCoy of Milton, KY and Cheryl Pettit of Milton; her grandchildren, Caitlyn Grace Burrows of Crestwood, KY, Zachary Hayden Burrows of Crestwood, KY, Lillian Joanne Burrows of Crestwood, KY and Olivia Joy Burrows of Crestwood, KY; and her godchild Macee Jean Callis of Bedford, KY.. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2020 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Sligo Baptist Church (62 Cr-1309, Pendleton, KY 40055). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2020 at 4:00 PM at the same location. The Family has requested an Honor Guard, comprised of Towing and Recovery Professionals, and any other first responders wishing to participate. To stand along the route for the church to the grave site. The grave site is on the Church Campus. This is an opportunity to honor a woman who supported her family business for many, many years.   10. I am in need of the controls' insert that does in the side of the body. If I can't get a pair if I could get the dimensions to make them. A pair from a 500 Holmes would probably work. Thanks
  11. Thats the difference with an NRC. The bed locks are not affected when using wheel lift.
  12. Find a machine shop and have it made. Is the ram bent or the tube?
  13. Have a couple questions about the cradle. In the manual there is an item called friction adjustment to prevent the cradle from pivoting side to side when backing under the car. I see 2 holes for the friction adjustment. What was used for the adjustment? Are these holes supposed to be threaded? Next question the wing nut that holds the lower link up to tailboard is that bolt go directly through tailboad or mount to the cradle assembly?

  16. More photos. Plus the other half of the restoration 1966 F600, 1st truck dad bought new.
  17. Steel coils fell off trailer on off ramp. Sent truck driver onto our facility. Used rollback and wrecker to pick up coils and reload at our facility with forklift.
  18. Let me start this off with no one was injured. Limo bottomed out and got hit. Used Ford F550 with Weld-Built Spyder for the recovery and tow.
  19. Left boom disassembly. Have to do a some repair on boom tube and lattice.
  20. Starting to restore this 525. It is a 1956 model year. Will be mounting it on a 1966 Ford F600 4x4. Can anyone tell me if the body shown in the picture is a Holmes body? It does have the tunnel box up front.
