Ron, I see over 1000 views, but no one is replying...

I didnt reply to this one, as I have posted a few times about Big Wheel in the past, but again they are worth every penny and then some. Amazing people!  Great class!!  Even as a light duty only company its well worth going!  I highly recommend the meet and greet the night before the class at their place.    The tour of their operation is really cool too.  Id highly recommend going to their facility for the class if you can.

One of my testimonials is at the beginning of this topic so I don't know how much more I can say. The "Proof is in the Pudding" they say...and folks can look at the dozens of jobs I have posted on this board showing clean up jobs...both small & large. We look at the potential of each & every job that comes in, and act accordingly. I'm not trying to brag, but all of my primary trucks are within 4 years old, all of our clean up equipment is new/late model and everything is kept at the 100% level. It's easier when my goals changed from trying to do every call out there and push for more & more volume, to concerning myself with only doing premium paying jobs and making the most out of each situation. I don't have the call volume I did...but I also don't have trucks with 200, 300 or 400,000 miles on them either. I don't have as much staff as I did...but my guys make more now then they ever have. I was in business for 15 years prior to the class and it always seemed like I was stuck in the "million a year club", no matter how hard I tried. Now we do 2-3 times that with less overhead & nicer equipment. I'm not giving them all the credit for the advancement but it's certainly a valuable tool that we used to restructure the way we look at business. Honestly, I could probably double that number if I wanted to be more aggressive but I'm pretty content where we are now.

In closing, there is a tremendous amount of value in the teachings if you work it and allow yourself to change where needed and stop diminishing your own value. There are a lot of professions in this world that work hard and display talent...but not many that have the dangers & risks that we endure on a daily basis. Learn to reward yourself and your people for those risks...and back it up with the proper revenue to finance it!
