EdsTowing
Couple of heavy jobs I did today. The roads were shitty and it was cold as heck. My big truck was clean and I didn't want to mess it up...LoL We do these on a daily basis. Guys cant get pinned up in the gravel lot where they park empties or can't move once pinned... Pulled him out. Then freewheeled and let him hit the trailer hard. Then winched the whole thing out... Gas truck 30 miles away in a poorly maintained development. Went around the turn & stuffed it in a snow bank. It was literally hard to stand or walk on the roads they were so slippery... Half loaded... Round it out with a couple of crashes this morning and car winch outs all day & it made for a decent weekend...

Orcas Tow
I remember the days on Tow411 when "you couldn't do that with an autoloader", nice work. 2 1 Quote Hello from sunny (when its not raining) Orcas Island
EdsTowing
Yea the Chevron is like a "Mighty Mouse".... The winches are rated for 14k and 9/16" rope so once you plant it, it pulls like a bear. Loaded unit he did yesterday morning. One of our customers sent a pic of the job when he was driving by...
Chuckud
Soooo, the question is: will it outwinch you Cougar? Inquiring minds need to know...

The legs make all the difference. The trucks weigh similar. This thing really stands still. The boom & wheel lift of the Cougar were much stronger then this truck without a doubt. Now...an Integral Cougar, with a self loader, air suspension...and stiff legs?....Well THAT would be the ultimate little recovery truck! Put me in coach.... 2
mooresbp
Yes the statement I hear a lot is "what are going to do with that little truck?" The answer is bail you out of trouble! 1 1 Quote George - - Moore's BP We'll see you on down the road
