    Why?

As usual they dont want to pay.Fighting with them now. They asked for towing and winching ,now they dont want to pay for winching. They are playing all kinds of games not to pay.

    Why?

A few days ago "Honk" calls ,havent heard from them in 6 months. They have a car on side of road stuck in ditch.Of course location was wrong and customer wouldnt answer phone. This is what I finally found on dirt road in middle of swamp. And I am still trying to get paid.

  1. Honk seems to have tried to reinvent the wheel once again. How many times is a new motor club going to try and make money off of what we build, what we pay for our equipment, our hard work to build our reputations.Thousand of hours of training, thousands of hours of truck maintenance. The motor clubs, lets make computer programs that make them money. Its sad. What happened to customer service and helping people that are actually in trouble.

  2. Honks bottom line is they have to make money. This is the same thing the other motor clubs do.

Explain to me DennisHONK why a Mother and 2 children would be left in cold car 2 hours in the middle of winter while Honk looks for cheap prices, meanwhile commercial accounts geeksquad , optimum and others get immediate service and Honk is willing to pay top dollar. In my area we are competing for Honk calls that are being given to unlicensed uninsured companies. We have been fully licensed and insured for almost 40yrs. my insurance is 10k a year unlicensed company $800 a year.

Next they give you bad info and then wont pay for extra services required , for instance truck with flat. Spare was flat and all 20 lug nuts stripped turned into 2 1/2 hour call 12 o'clock at night.Try to get authorization for extra services good luck.

  3. Agero is on our BLACKLIST for doing same thing. You dont have towers rights.Depending on what state you live in you have business owners rights.Technically both Agero and customer are responsible for your fees. You were doing what you were contracted to do in good faith and are owed money for this.Your service wasnt cancelled and you did go to scene as contracted there is not a goa here.Always collect from Agero in advance. We have gotten paid when legal action was started. If it is a substantial amount you might want to get a lawyer that deals in business law.

  4. With the increase of all wheel drive cars ,we have increased business in this area because we use dollies The competetive.local tow companies were doing damage to many police impounds by dragging onto bed and then jerking them off.We now do the majority of these impounds.
