TowForce
This is the 2023 Motor Club Rankings. This has always been a difficult task to assemble this list. With very few points separating the top two, this could have resulted in yet another tie. We have gotten past some previous difficulties related to the algorithm. Those difficulties have resulted in delays. However, with no further delay, we release this official list. At the end of 2024, we will do it all over again. So, make sure you take the time to add your list when we do this again in November 2024. We will ask that those adding a list be a member for 90 days before submitting their list. That will mean the latest join date would be November 1, 2024. More information will be added before that date. Thanks to everyone who took the time to participate. 1 - NSD 2 - GEICO 3 - ROADSIDE PROTECT 4 - ALLSTATE 5 - TESLA 6 - AAA 7 - QUESTX 8 - URGENT.LY 9 - NAC 10 - AGERO/SWOOP 11. ALLIED 12. FVT Towing
I think this is pretty accurate. It all comes down to relationships and work quality.

Intel roadside
I fully agree with this. It’s all about the personal experiences we have with the representatives.
mooresbp
I have a particular dislike for Geico from a bad experience some years back and refuse to work with them. I don't work with Agero any more but can get along with the rest of them just fine. Honk always treats me well even though I don't have a contract with them. They pay what they say and that same day or the next! NSD has been good to work with also, just don't have many contracts anymore. It is just to hard to bid for all the different scenarios that you run into. We are very rural and larger towns are a good distance away. Rebecca @ Tatum's
Agree to the voting results. The various motor clubs were voted on during the allotted voting timeframe and the results should be "official" from the original ranking that was received. I don't understand why there is an issue and a consideration to change it. Are we going to start doing the best two out of three?

The various motor clubs were voted on during the allotted voting timeframe and the results should be "official" from the original ranking that was received. I don't understand why there is an issue and a consideration to change it. Are we going to start doing the best two out of three? This is our system which has been used every year and there would be no reason to change it. It gives those participating an opportunity to question the results. Then if a high percentage of participating members were to object to the outcome the results would then be re-evaluated. Very few points separate the Top Two and that has caused a tie ranking in the past. Within 5 points and it would have been a tie once again. The spread was just 9 points in the 2023 rankings and the numbers were run 3 times. Note: there was a higher percentage of ranking submissions that were disqualified during these 2023 rankings. We had invalid email addresses, companies submitting multiple lists, and members who deleted their accounts after submitting their rankings. Participating members who did not follow the directions and ranked only one club or ranked one club more than once. Those factors all affect the ranking when placed into the system. Those numbers were all entered by hand and processed within a program we had written. This program has been updated every couple of years by the same software developer. This developer then checks our numbers for accuracy, as an auditor would do. Then the list is displayed as it is here, as a courtesy to all our members. Only one or two have ever objected to the entire list or part of the list. That is the reason this final step in the process exists. To remove it would be a disinterest towards the entire membership. We put far too much into creating this list each year to just take it for granted and throw some numbers out or have members question how the Top Three are Towing Information Network Sponsors. Seeing the value in our network and these lists GEICO & NSD have been supporters for several years. Roadside Protect came aboard last year after making the list for the first time in 2022. We would like to see other Motor Clubs take the same interest in our membership. We are the only ones in the industry to rank Motor Clubs and we will continue this tradition every year. These rankings may not get the industry recognition they should receive or be published in the publications. But, in qualifying the list, objections that may arise should have been brought up in this step. For those who did not participate, that is like not voting and then complaining about the outcome. Thanks for participating in the list, it will be final in a few days.
Rebecca @ Tatum's
Thank you for taking the time to clarify. I understand now the intent of the request for a response.
Moose
I Agree and the last two that didn't make the Top Ten need to be kicked to the Curb.
TowForce
Okay, the feedback that has been received indicates that the review of these 2023 Motor Club Rankings, has determined a confirmation can be documented and the list made Official. If anyone has any additional comments I will leave this topic open for a few more hours.
ProTower
This looks pretty accurate to me FWIW, with the following exceptions. I would move Allied up a few and Agero & Urgently down to 16th or worse next to Honk. In my area they consistently call us with ridiculous offers (usually about 25% of our normal rates). $39.00 for a service or tow 30 miles away. 1 Quote Mark
