I like what you have going on there, looks a lot like what we have. The only thing I would suggest is getting some PVC square fence post to keep the straps separate. I just set my dad's new bed up like this, and so far everyone who looks in the box has been impressed.

You can always tell the tone of the company when trucks are well kept and boxes organized. I believe it starts at the top when owners demand drivers to keep their truck's equipment in-order, washed and cleaned on a regular basis. And, that expecially includes wrapping cable straight on the winch-spool.  Simply put, if owners don't require excellence from their drivers, they can't expect equipment to last or to make that visual impression. Great ideas here, I am running out of room and it shows in my boxes.  Trying to figure out how to mount two more boxes on my Jerr dan with the outside rams for the bed tilt.
