The job I had before my current one this was a huge issue for me...Lady hired me to run her business and for the 1st 4 years she questioned everything I did.

Yea but letting them fail in a pizza shop means you end up with a pie on the floor.  In our business it might mean a funeral.  Some things should be micro managed.
