In Memory of Danny Casselo who said in 2008:

If I remember correctly there were 39 Q 40s built and only 11 Q 50s built. At a distance its hard to tell them apart but the Q 40 has a 4 part line to the block and the Q 50 has a 5 part line to the block.

Glad to share info and photos with everyone. To repeat what some of you have already brought out in this thread, here is a rundown of the Silent Hoists that I am aware of.

 

Spillaine's in Connecticut...had a cab over the operator's seat now at Central Garage, Hartford

River Motors in New Jersey...went to Sevill's and now at Central Garage, Hartford
