This list came out well over a month ago. I decided to ask if there is anyone that totally disagrees with the 2020 rankings.

 

Somehow Tow411 got listed as a Towing Company on Google. I have heard of companies trying to get higher on Google, well my phone rings constantly.

 

To the Point, Urgently has been calling more than any other motor club. Often it can be difficult to understand what they are saying. Just now they called with a BMW Roadside Service Powered by Urgently and it was clear what I was hearing them say in previous calls was the name of their customer prior to saying Urgently. Anyone wonder why Urgently did not make the Top Ten. I don't....

Seeing Geico at the top of the list confirms my opinion that dispatching with good information, not haggling over price, and prompt payment will make all the difference as to whether towers want to work with a motor club.
