Bonjour à tous. J’ai travaillé avec des dépanneuses pendant de nombreuses années.
les dépanneuses ont toujours été ma passion.
Quand j’étais très jeune, j’allais avec mon père qui avait un garage pour chercher des voitures endommagées. À cette époque, il avait un Bedford de la Seconde Guerre mondiale qu’il transforma en dépanneuse.
Dès que j’ai eu l’âge de conduire un camion, moi aussi j’ai commencé dans l’entreprise.

A cette époque,
j’avais trois véhicules
1 SAVIEM SG3 plaque rigide 1 SAVIEM SM5 avec un « Holmes440 »
1 RENAULT EXPRESS pour les petites pannes.

Puis j’ai créé mon entreprise et là aussi j’ai eu trois véhicules:

1 RENAULT TRUCK S140
FIAULT plate-forme 1 RENAULT TRUCK PREMIUM distribution 250cv FIAULT flatbed + PALFinger 16t grue
1 RENAULT 19 pour les petites pannes.

Il ya maintenant un peu plus de 10 ans, j’ai dû arrêter le travail parce que j’avais une maladie génétique et je ne peux plus travailler, mais le remorquage reste ma plus grande passion.

Maintenant, je fais de petits camions à l’échelle 1/24 et 1/25 échelle.

Welcome to the forums Sir. If towing and recovery is your passion then, you have come to the right place. Thank you for posting pictures of your old trucks. I always enjoy checking out the gear you guys use on the other side of the pond. I have always assumed that a lot of the Holmes equipment over there is probably WW2 era gear that was left over there after the war? Is there any truth to that? Your model trucks look excellent as well. You have an eye for detail. Keep up the good work!!
