What are some effective Employee Retention Strategies in Towing.

 

Such as incentives, salaries, benefits, equipment, hours of service etc.

 

As an Owner, what are you doing different to compete in this job market?

 

As an Employee, what specific are you looking for from a Tow Company?

The employees that have been here for years are like family. Those staying less the a couple of years never get to that point. They leave thinking the others are treated special, well duh they are time vested in the company. Paid with sweat equity as they say. To those who have not put in the time or choose not to put forth the effort. You'll never get there with that attitude, no matter were you go.
