Such as incentives, salaries, benefits, equipment, hours of service etc. As an Owner, what are you doing different to compete in this job market? They leave thinking the others are treated special, well duh they are time vested in the company. Paid with sweat equity as they say. To those who have not put in the time or choose not to put forth the effort.
