  1. Thoughts & Prayers, no word on the response truck worker?
  2. What are some effective Employee Retention Strategies in Towing. Such as incentives, salaries, benefits, equipment, hours of service etc. As an Owner, what are you doing different to compete in this job market? As an Employee, what specific are you looking for from a Tow Company?
  3. So Sad, I read where he was caught in crossfire. They said it was after someone got into an argument with the new employee the owner was training. Ca anyone confirm or add to that information.
  4. Our Condolences to the Friends, Family and Co-Workers. Such a sad loss and another hit to the industry which continues to lose Tow Truck Operators to Roadside Dangers. This is a problem with our company hiring and retaining drivers. PTSD seems to show up in many ways and even though we try to prepare a new hire for everything we deal with, we find it just is not enough. Chris, you will be in our thought's! And I seem to recall many condolences to these posts at one time. That's missing, even though I see names I know logging in...
  5. Another Case where an one company cause a government overreach to correct a problem. One that likely could have been corrected without creating a new law. All too often the other companies and the association sit by idle under it is too late to act. Now the other companies will find that even though they thought if they did not do PPI's then they would not be effected. Watch as this bleeds over into there regular storage impound business as well. I'd like to hear from some Colorado Towers as what may have started in one place is now statewide.
