We had agero call us for a lock out it was outside our area so we offer to do it by credit card only they called back with card info agreed to pay 150 on card ten min later they cancel call before we run call no big deal next day the father of the girl calls me demanding that i pay him the 300 he paid on card i told him we never had any info on his card we never charged him then told him call was canceled and roadside must of charged your card not us and then told him we were charging his roadside 150 not 300 even sent him the copy of the email 3 weeks later i get served to go to court over his 300 . thats a good profit for agero 150 extra for just a phone call

They call 40 to 50 times a night sometimes 12 times for the same call jump start 2777 miles away car out of gas on roadway no location no car info no call back number called me 9 times for a tire change 147 miles away in iowa 75.00 coverage just sent a call over on swoop tow year unknown make ford color unknown model unknown no keys locked wrecked in front location roadway in lacon IL no address listed or road its on towed to body shop in peoria il i bet there is over 150 body shops in peoria

swoop called me at 3:35 am for a jump start in san jose california said she is running out of providers to call offered me 25 bucks over invoice its 1 day and 6 hours drive 2078 miles I live in ILLINOIS i gave her a price of 10,390.00 paid on card

The email they sent said you can only bill on swoop billing sight is not true agero bills sent by swoop must be entered on agero site swoop bills must be bill on swoop site only rates are set the same unless you up them on swoop we set them a little bit higher and they are paying it

we got a email from agero that in the next month or two agero calls dispatched by swoop that you will no longer can bill on agero website has to be billed on swoop and road america calls will be switching to swoop in six to seven months to

Quest went to credit card only there new Quest-X website sucks it takes 60 to 90 days to get short paid last call they called me 10 times in over 5 hours for a cust stuck on interstate wanted to give us card info after we did call gave them a click on the phone cops called us we went out to tow it they wanted me to bill there road service told them cash card or car goes to storage lot till we get paid

We close calls out with a live call person and still some go to auto close i have to call back office after we get paid 0 for call to get it taken care of they just changed out our app for trucks to in-truck ultra and it uses waze for tracking it gives members a eta on location of truck its not working give a 20 min eta for a flat bed tow to our light service truck when a flat bed is over a hour away

we used to charge our rates for out of pocket now they charge consumers the same as we would of and pay us the lesser amount had a person wanting a receipt from us for what they paid agero they charged him twice what they were paying us i know both of us need to make money but i dont think they need to make twice as much as us
