ProTower
I am having trouble hiring staff and the Mrs is getting overwhelmed with answering the phone 24-7 without any sleep for weeks on end so I wondered if anyone is using a "service" to supplement their own in house dispatching. I see Holly's Dispatch Service advertised and spoken with them on the phone. they seemed nice and trustworthy but frankly, 'Turning the keys to the castle' over to someone you don't really know seems overwhelming. Please speak of your own experiences; good and bad. Quote Mark
dperone
We don't use them, but if you do PD towing read the contracts and municipal codes. We have 2 different departments that specifically state we must answer 24/7 and forbid answering services.
