Moose
It's not just the liability one has created it is a reckless use of equipment. Stay out of the roadway unless the greater danger is in the roadway. Often we will sit behind a disabled vehicle until Law Enforcement, Road Service, or another one of our units can arrive. But never at an angle. To those who say just pick it up and get it out of the roadway. That's great if you have an auto-load and can do it quickly. Otherwise, you are exposing yourself to greater danger. Face It Our Jobs are Dangerous Enough. Think About It... What Would You Do?
