TowForce
As reported by Dick's Valley Service, Inc. Last night while loading a vehicle at an accident scene one of our drivers was hit as he prepared to load a damaged vehicle onto the flatbed. There was a police car staged well behind the scene to warn upcoming traffic. A vehicle coming from behind hit the police car and pushed it into the vehicle our driver was loading which then struck our driver. The police car ended up on top of our truck. Our driver was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries and will have some recovery. Please slow down and move over when you see flashing lights from an emergency vehicle and please drive carefully for the road conditions. The people working these scenes on the roadway are someone’s son, daughter, grandson, grandpa, husband, etc. We need them to go home safely to their loved ones after every shift. This could have turned out much worse. We thank god that our driver was able to walk away from this.
