This person drove his current employers truck into our lot and asked if we were hiring.

 

If they are seeking a change on the current company dime then they will do the same.

 

What are your thoughts on this subject and does this happen in your business?

I have had enough disloyal employees over the years. This one leaves no doubt that he has none!
