New Winch Bumper Set Up

Would you please post some details on the winch, what  you use for wheel chocks, etc.

My future plan is to add wiches to my pair of F550s, and pair of Duramax 3500s.

The 3500s I want to go with removable rear mounted winches, as they are primarily used for snow plowing in the winter, but it would be great if they could pull out stuck vehicles, that aren't stuck badly. The F550s will get front winch bumpers, and hopefully a strong enough winch, to pull out other 1 and 2 ton size vehicles if not stuck too badly, and fairly well stuck cars, minivans, small SUVs etc.

Never seem to find wheel chocks that hold great on snow or ice either, so if you have suggestions, would love to hear about them.
