A local cab company I work for called stating they had a car go down with a customer on board that was in route to a medical treatment. So I shot over to their terminal, Grabbed another cab and brought it to them so the taxi driver and his customer could continue on to the appointment. I then loaded the disabled cab and returned it to their terminal / shop. 

Later that evening, I got calls of compliments from both the taxi co. owner and the taxi customers daughter who thanked me for my efforts. The taxi customer was able to make it to his appointment on time.

It is nice to be recognized and appreciated sometimes...
