What’s something you have used as a reward for your tow truck operator????

 

Drivers:

What’s something you would appreciate as an operator to get as a reward????

We will reward our operators who go *above & beyond* what is expected of them with a company paid for dinner for them,  (Spouse or significant other included).

We also look customer compliments & will give that operator preference in leaving early or days off if requested. We believe in order to keep the best operators that money alone won't do it.  They need to see that they are appreciated!

Gift Cards are popular after a good month, Safety Awards are sought after because Mom puts together a nice list of items. Choose something for the truck and the value is generally much higher. Cash and Time Off have been used, but for some reason don't hold as much value. Sometimes it can create a problem. Id that Only in the Towing World? Cause Large Companies do it all the Time!!!
