Meet Angela! If you've worked with Angela before, you'll know that she is an excellent problem solver and loves helping others!
*How long have you worked at Towbook, and why did you choose to be a part of the team?
I've been working with Towbook for well over a year! The opportunity to work here fell into my lap, but I'm so grateful to work here!
*What motivates you personally and professionally?
I always want to do my best and learn everything possible which is always pushing me to top myself and learn as much as possible!
*What are your top (3) professional highlights so far?
Towbook Christmas party is my top favorite memory as it's nice to see everyone in one place!
Second favorite was this really weird issue with commissions I deep dived into and took about an hour to finish up, it's so rewarding to help resolve issues when they arise!
Lastly my 3rd favorite is the first call I made! The customer was super nice and I think about that often.
*Do you have a motto? If so, what is it?
I tell myself that everyday is a new day and everyone is going through a different day, we never know what's happening on someone's end.
*What is one thing on your bucket list?
My current bucket list item is to graduate with my bachelor's in robotic engineering! Then some traveling would be nice.

As our Director of Customer Experience, Allison is incredibly passionate about ensuring that our clients have the best possible experience when communicating with our team and we're grateful for her insight and expertise everyday.
How long have you worked at Towbook, and why did you choose to be a part of the team?
It was 7 years this June. I chose to join Towbook as a leap of faith in being a part of the dream that was being built; a passion for building relationships with a "make it happen" attitude.
What motivates you personally and professionally?
Going above and beyond whenever a situation presents itself. Something so small to one person can be a huge life saver to another person, be it time, money or peace of mind and that is incredibly motivating to me personally and professionally.
What are your top (3) life highlights so far?
- 30 years of marriage.
- Our son Nolan.
- Being able to lead and develop teams to their maximum potential.
Do you have a motto? If so, what is it?
"There are no traffic jams along the extra mile."
"Always be kind."
What are some things on your bucket list?
- Visit all the NBA Arenas.
- Have a place in Detroit!

The holidays are upon us and we were able to snag FIVE of
the hottest Lego toy of the season, the heavy-duty tow truck!
Here’s how to win:
1. You or your company MUST be a Towbook client to participate.
2. Have a child draw a picture related to the towing/roadside industry
and include the Towbook logo somewhere on the drawing.
3. Take a photo of the child’s drawing and send it to us in a private message
via the web app, support@towbook.com, or via Facebook along with your
company name and state by November 15th.
We’ll compile a photo album on Facebook for voting to take place between 11/16 – 11/23.
The Top (5) drawings with the most likes will be announced on 11/24 and we will ship them out
to you to receive in time for Christmas!

We starting using the TowBook platform in May. Their team worked with our manager to get things up and running. They were always there to answer questions and were very helpful.
It has streamlined the billing of motor clubs and there are several other great features we are still discovering. We control all the billing of accidents and police calls through and it has improved billing accountability.
Like everything else there is a learning curve, but in the end I believe it will be well worth it.

Having the ability to offer our customers a credit card processing solution has allowed us to streamline the end-to-end client experience in Towbook.
Recently, Square did a case study about Towbook and our integrated payment solution!
Square has been the first payment processing system that we integrated with based on client feedback, and it has been a pleasure working with their team and having the ability to provide this solution to our clients.
We've been integrated with Square since 2021 and are still evolving the integration and look forward to adding more capabilities and payment types in the future.
