Towing roller skates for flat tires and performance vehicles

Hello, towing company in Upstate NY, was wondering if anyone has found a place to purchase “skates” used for flat tires or good for getting slammed cars on a flat bed (Porsche, Lamborghini, etc...)

 

In October there was a Malaysian company called Ethar Co that is the product shown in the picture, I can’t seem to find anything like it that you can actually purchase, including the one from them. I’m interested in it specifically because the wheels are the outermost part and won’t have the obstruction as a normal wheel dolly when loading a vehicle on and off a flat bed.

 

Any help is much appreciated, I can’t seem to find them, also anyone create something like this because you had the same problem?
