Michael McGovern Posted February 25, 2019 Posted February 25, 2019 This topic was originally created on Tow411 in January of 2006: On December 1, 2001, tow truck driver Jesse Hernandez was struck by a Lincoln Continental while he was working a breakdown on an interstate highway in Galveston, Texas. He was killed instantly. The driver of the Lincoln who struck Hernandez (and the customer, who survived) was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment. goodmichael Posted March 2, 2019 Posted March 2, 2019 Was that driver chemically impaired? He or she is probably out and on paper by now. Hopefully he or she has gotten their life together.
