Your dad and I were just talking about the exact trucks and when he got them last night. We were looking at his latest recoveries today, I love it when he brings his photo albums when he comes to kauai. I learn new tricks and hook-ups plus many new jokes. Bob aka BSWelding said: Roger I'm trying to run them old to new so I not going to show up for about 15 years or about June post but it's been great going thru these old pictures The one with dad and my grandpa was really great. Bob how is your dad doing? Does he still have the N series Ford? I always liked that truck when I would see it at the Wis. Tow Show! Keep the pics. coming! Tell your dad I said Hi and hope all is well! Jack Herman Wildwood Service Gages Lake, Ill. Bob aka BSWelding said: Jack my dad is doing well as you can see from Roger's post he is in Kauai at this time, well for the N model the 750 was remounted on a LN800 in 1991stretched 2feet and added a Trebron leg the leg was the best thing that could have happened to that truck as for the N model it was sold and as far I know it still has a dump body on it. towvts said: Great pics!! That is when you really had to figure out HOW to do it!! Thanks for posting. Gerry Brian Bell said: Those are some AWESOME pictures. In pictures 7 & 8 Those trucks sure look small compared to that T&T. In today's world like someone else already said, most would want a Rotator out there to DOMINATE the scene with Brute Force...... When IN FACT that scene was DOMINATED with BRUTE KNOWLEDGE ....................... If we could only learn 1/2 of what our predecessors knew we would be UNSTOPPABLE with today's equipment. (But they could still drag us backwards with those 2 little trucks in picture 7 & 8. psaservice said: Hold on, I need to get some tape to hold my jaw from dropping.. Wow I would love to have the 48 Chevy Coe.... I love the COE Pictures. I wish my GMC 1953 still had the Holmes unit. I just think they are awesome but, it is to bad that most do not exist today and the ones that do are being striped of the towing equipment and turned into something else. The previous owner of mine was going to make a car hauler. Keep the awesome pics coming Note: there were about a dozen more short comments which were not copied over.
