Washington abandoned laws

Any Washington guys could give me RCW for abandoned cars that you turn into DMV

and any other on the new RV stuff and any other that are similar.

You will need a Sheriffs/Police Dept & Court system on board though to do all the follow through (issue citation of $595, attach your fees to citation, mailings, issue warrant for arrest if citation not paid, forward to Dept of Licensing, etc...).
