FOX31 Denver Michael Fuchs said he was placing warning stickers on cars at the Robinwood Condominiums in March when a driver took exception to his job. Not sure how much information you can share at this point. I do know the legal system moves slow. Two Factors are in play here: Questions I have are, One: What is the current legal status Proceedings Judgement? Two: Were you legally classified as an independent contractor? Michael Fuchs Posted December 19, 2022 Share Posted December 19, 2022 Sentencing is 1-5-2023 For a Guilty Plea of Attempted first degree Murder F-2 with a cap of (16yrs) And No was never legally classified as a independent contractor. I have to file with the courts for the workers comp that my employer did not carry, so legal proceedings are in the future. And legal proceedings are already in motion for the incident in question.
