Impound Yard Customer Release Form

Does anyone use a release form for their customers who entered the storage yard to obtain personal items out of their vehicles?  Just in case they fall or cut themselves while removing items? 

 

Wearing improper clothing such as sleeveless shirts or open toed shoes?  Looking to have one to COA (cover our) for future use.  Or does anyone have an alternative means of customers getting their items w/o going into the yard? 

 

I do not want to have our employees taking personal items out when "something" can go missing.

Escort them in and out.  Furnish a 13 gallon garbage bag if needed.  Only our yard man can remove their tag if needed.  Only one person, the owner or designated helper, not both.
