Does anybody know if Tennessee has a law that states Insurance companies will pay you before they pay the owner? I’ve looked and haven’t been able to find anything.
Here is the Massachusetts version of the Direction to Pay: https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws/PartI/TitleXIV/Chapter90/Section34O I do not know which states have this law. It works extremely well in Mass.

I'm frustrated over the show schedule but will be there. I wanted to bring 2 new Light/Medium duty's down but it doesn't look like the one will be done in time. So we figured we would bring the new 550 down anyway. But now we find out that the truck has to be removed from the hall by 8:00 Saturday night? That blows...what do I do with it then? I really don't want to have to find street parking along with all of the other contestants....nor am I excited to leave a $200,000 light duty out in the city overnight. Unless everyone is just going home on Saturday?
I guess it was the same last year as well? We didn't bring anything down last year and only stayed over Friday night.
Either way...I'll be there.
In front of the Renassance Hotel, there is a private parking lot. All who need more than a auto parking spot, this is the place to go. Second option is another lot near Marriott Waterfont right at Ruth Chris & Pier 5.

I am looking forward to a tremendous Vegas show. It will be great to see everyone there. This show promises to have a great American Towman Academy along with second-to-none hospitalities. See ya there!!!

Ditto on Brian's response. If my schedule allows me to be there, I will be.

Ron: If my schedule permits, I will be there for a Meet & Greet.

Congrats Tom.

Rob and Moose thank you. I am trying to address the issues out there as we return to a normal status, whatever that is. I fear the amount of down time everyone has had, and hope we don't read about more tragedy.

So sad another young man taken too early by his profession. My condolences to Austin Gayne's family, friends and co-workers.
