In state of Tennessee -When you tow in an abandoned or impound vehicle, and run your paperwork. ( sent to state, notify owners and lien holders ,return recpt.)   Ready to run the add , How does everyone do the Auction ?  Everything I have found requires you to have a title to vehicle . I would rather do an online auction, just not sure how to go about it or which site to go to.
