TowNews Posted February 22, 2019 Share Posted February 22, 2019 WINNESHIEK COUNTY, Iowa (KWWL) – Winneshiek County authorities are reminding drivers to slow down and move over for emergency vehicles, including tow trucks. A release from the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s office states Bill’s Towing in Decorah was pulling a vehicle out of a ditch along Highway 52 near Calmar when a semi, driven by Scott Kime of Waucoma, lost control on the highway and hit the tow truck. The crash knocked the driver of the tow truck, William Keefe, to the ground. No one had to be taken to the hospital, but the crash remains under investigation by the Winneshiek County Sheriff.
