ROSEDALE, MD — A vehicle rolled over on Philadelphia Road Wednesday morning in a crash that officials say involved a tow truck. The driver was trapped, Baltimore County fire officials reported after 6:40 a.m.

 

Crews were dispatched to Philadelphia Road at Golden Ring Road at 6:31 a.m. to respond to a crash that authorities described as a serious accident with rollover.

 

The condition of the person who required rescue was unknown, officials reported.
