Episode 01: Crossing State Lines

The Oklahoma Wrecker Owners Association contacted Tommy Anderson, Southwest Tow Operators Executive Director for help with their Move Over Law.  Oklahoma lost the mandated speed in the slow down portion of the law. So, Tommy sent Southwest’s Move Over Law Warrior Geoff Nienstedt to testify in front of Oklahoma Legislators at the interim study at their Capital. Mack Parks with Red Beards Towing lost a driver in 2022 in a struck by incident and decided it was time for change. Mack teamed up with State Representative Neil Hays and Senator Black Stephens to make some changes for roadway responders’ safety.
