Hi everyone, allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Dean and I am a senior partner at MyGuestSpot.com, a cloud-based parking management and virtual permitting software platform designed for companies that offer PPI services to apartments, condos and other multifamily communities.  We are based in South Florida and are quickly growing throughout the nation because we have a great product that helps you, the parking enforcement professional, make more money as a PPI provider and, more importantly, we support you AND your clients with real, live customer service.  I am looking forward to engaging with all of you in the hopes that we can learn from each other and change the public perception of the PPI industry as a "predatrory" industry to a valued service provider that garners respect and appreciation from our property managers and the residents we all serve.   Please feel free to hit me up with with any questions you might have about our software or about how to approach condos (I am a 10 year condo board president so I have lots of experience in dealing with board directors.  In fact, it's how I got into this business!).  I am an open book and always willing to share my knowledge and experience.
