How does your company source out-of-state vehicle records and send out notices?

Many companies have found a good way to access their in-state records and have a process in place for sending out claim of lien notices. For some it can be a longer process than they'd like and getting out-of-state records can be a challenge.

Auto Data Direct provides Tow companies real-time access to 40+ state DMV databases, detailing owner, lienholder and insurance name and address information.

Year after year we are surprised by how many folks we meet at the shows who had no idea they could get this kind of access. We can also provide NMVTIS Tile Pointer searches to help determine the current state of title and check for open theft cases.

Our Direct-Post Office tool has state specific letters programed for use with our records in Florida, Texas, Alabama, Georgia,
Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina and Tennessee. ADD also offers a custom letter tool that can help any company in any state send certified mail out from there office and skip the trip to the post office!

Give us a call at 866-923-3123 or go to www.ADD123.com for more info!
