National Highway Traffic Safety Administration NHTSA data show that 11,654 people were killed in motor vehicle traffic crashes in 2020 that involved an alcohol-impaired driver.

During the Labor Day holiday period, we typically see an increase in drunk-driving deaths — and that's why you'll likely see more #lawenforcement on the roads.

NHTSA's Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign, which runs from August 17-September 5, aims to educate people about the dangers and consequences of driving drunk.

Just one drink before driving can put you and others in danger because alcohol impairs thinking, reasoning, and muscle coordination.

Do your part to keep our roadways safe.
