Recommended Posts

Towing industry software company VTS Systems has announced that Roy D. Leck has accepted the position of law enforcement liaison, effective May 2022. He has served the state of Texas as a peace officer in various municipalities since 1977, and joined the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office as a deputy sheriff in 2009.

“Montgomery County assigned Roy to the Auto Theft Task Force in 2017, to manage the county’s towing and storage operations, where he was responsible for defining the county’s new towing and vehicle storage ordinance, in addition to overseeing tow company vehicle and VSF inspections,” a VTS press release states. “He was also responsible for the management of lien foreclosure auctions and public sales within the county. Roy’s experience within the public safety sector adds tremendous depth and value to VTS Systems in its efforts to maintain and grow its position as the leading towing and vehicle storage facility software vendor to the towing industry and municipal vehicle impoundment nationwide.”
