It was a privilege to interview CONN DOT’s David Ferraro. Dave was struck and seriously injured by a motorist in 1995 on I95 in Greenwich. He is extremely knowledgeable about safety and passionate and dedicated to helping all highway safety workers and emergency responders get home to their families.
