A train struck a tow truck Monday morning in Chesapeake, injuring the driver, police said in a news release.

 

The incident happened around 10:56 a.m. in the 2900 block of Yadkin Road, the release said.

 

The truck driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The incident is under investigation.
