Some vintage tow truck wrecks

My great uncle was driving down the Interstate and he came up on a semi wreck, he took the ditch.

 

Here is that truck after recovering it.

 

He was sitting on the roadside hooking a truck and a drunk driver hit it head on.

That blue truck had a railroad channel iron behind the front bumper and it snapped it in half.

Yeah, that 10 wheeler dump truck he was towing was loaded with potatoes. That wreck happened right in front of him and he had nowhere to go. He said taking the ditch saved his life.
