81 pete big cam cummings 13 speed built new as wrecker 665 thousand showing , 1701 holmes ,holmes superstar underlift with remote , lyda's in ashville nc bought new , then went to Georgia ,never titled , now back to NC , will start paint soon ,, used to be blue, not sure about new color yet ,, want to paint all trucks the same, 1 red 1 black 1 orange just wont work.

 

The under reach works fine ,little short and hangs off the rear but truck is frt weighted behind bumper , ,lift came with 7 sets of forks including nrc scoops, , i was told from the original owner that this was the first 1701 that had this lift ,it was the demo for 1 of the shows , think that Hammons is who he said sold it at Florida show, truck really works well , spades lift whole truck , lift has remote form factory ,, pretty good stuff for 1981.
