Attempted car theft: Memphis Avenue

On June 4, a Memphis Avenue resident called police after someone for the second time in a week attempted to steal his car using a tow truck. During the previous attempt, the would-be car thief ripped off the vehicle’s bumper. There are no suspects. Police are investigating.
